These terms cover the website only. If you join the pilot programme, the use of the CarMarket24 software itself will be covered by a separate agreement.

Status of the product

CarMarket24 is software in active development. Descriptions of features on this website describe what the platform is being built to do, and interface images are representations of product direction rather than screenshots of deployed functionality.

Figures shown inside interface examples — vehicle counts, bay numbers, task lists and similar — are illustrative and describe a typical facility. They are not customer data and are not usage statistics.

We may change, delay or remove planned functionality as the product develops.

Information on this site

We publish operational guidance in good faith and take care to make it accurate. It is general information, not professional, legal or insurance advice, and it may not suit your particular facility. You are responsible for decisions you make about your own operation.

Enquiries and applications

Submitting a pilot application or enquiry does not create any agreement between us, and does not guarantee acceptance into the pilot programme or access to the software.

You agree that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it on behalf of the business you name.

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit automated or fraudulent form submissions, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system behind it, or use it in a way that breaches applicable law.

The content, design, illustrations and interface examples on this website are owned by Blu Mint Digital unless stated otherwise. You may read and share links to the material; you may not republish it as your own.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
