This website is operated by Blu Mint Digital, which develops CarMarket24. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Blu Mint Digital.

You can reach us about anything on this page through the contact form on this website.

What we collect

We only collect personal information that you choose to give us through a form on this website. That means the pilot application form and the contact form.

• Your name and email address, which are required.
• Your phone number, business name, business website and facility location, where you choose to provide them.
• Information about your facility, such as approximate vehicle numbers, the systems you currently use, and the operational challenges you describe.
• Anything else you write in a free-text field.

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels on this website. We do not collect personal information about you passively as you browse.

Why we collect it

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, to assess pilot applications, and to understand how vehicle storage facilities operate so we can build the product properly.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a Supabase database and sent to us by email using Resend. Both are third-party service providers, and your information may be processed on their infrastructure outside Australia.

Access to submitted information is restricted to the people working on CarMarket24.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and application records for as long as they remain useful for the purpose they were collected, and then delete them. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the contact form and we will action it and confirm when it is done.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Security

Information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in systems protected by access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us and we do not collect more than we need.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date shown above.
